- Currently representing and advising an energy company in its arbitration matter against a major O&M company involving disputes arising from their projects in Rajasthan.

- Handled an international commercial arbitration for an investor involving multi-crore claims arising from loss of equity value and breach of contractual terms. Represented and led PSUs, including ONGC and NTPC, before arbitration forums in procurement-related disputes.
- Contested several high-stake arbitration matters, including securing relief against anti-arbitration suits before the High Court and the Supreme Court. Advised one of the largest dealership groups of Toyota, which continues to rely on the firm’s local colleague for all employment, labour, and arbitration-related needs.
- Secured interim relief under Section 9 of the 1996 Act for a wind generation company against a wind park maintenance company, and currently representing the company in its arbitration disputes.
- Led multiple litigations and advised various clients on arbitration claims, IBC applications and replies, legal notices, legal opinions, final argument notes, strategy notes, and related matters. Also leading and managing work related to intellectual property rights, dispute resolution, international commercial arbitrations, insolvency and civil litigation, FDI-related transactions, due diligence, and joint venture agreements.
