  • Handling Indian regulatory and criminal law assignments related to IT Laws, Enforcement Directorate, white-collar crimes, police complaints, and employment/labour complaints.
  • Advised Duet India Hotels (Marriott and Holiday Inn) on labor law compliance and wage policies.
  • Rendered services to telecom, e-commerce, renewable energy, real estate, and IT sectors. Drafted privacy policies for e-commerce entities and advised multinational companies on data protection laws.
  • Regularly advised clients on compliance with IT, GST, income tax, and customs laws.
